What's covered. What isn't.
The warranty is limited to paint defects and workmanship — nothing else. Real warranties tell you both what they cover and what they don't. No fine print, no surprises.
What's covered
- Peeling of paint or primer from prepared surfaces
- Blistering caused by incorrect product or prep
- Cracking or checking of the paint film on interior or exterior surfaces
- Flaking due to application error or insufficient coats
- Premature fading on correctly-specified exterior finishes
- Failure of the primer coat
- Return visit labour and all paint required to fix the failure
What's excluded
- Damage from roof leaks, plumbing leaks, or ice damming
- Scuffs, scratches, and gouges from furniture, pets, or daily wear
- Settling cracks in drywall that occur after the paint dries
- Surfaces we explicitly flagged as high-risk and repainted anyway at your request
- Staining from smoke, nicotine, grease, or other occupant sources
- Failure caused by third-party trades working on the painted surface
- Paint we did not supply or apply (customer-supplied material)
- Acts of God: fire, flood, severe weather events
